How should our food be?

A healthy diet should be natural, nutritious and varied, that is, formed by various minimally processed foods that provide the amount of energy and nutrients necessary to maintain a good state of health.
An example of a healthy eating pattern is “The Mediterranean Diet” which is characterized by the abundance of fresh vegetables, fruits and vegetables, legumes and whole grains, olive oil as the main fat, fish, meat and dairy.
